We are sure that everybody who is traveling to Florida is well informed and has many great ideas for his stay. Here we just want to tell you about our experiences because it took us quite a while to find a beautiful restaurant at the beach.

We are not going to talk about the many malls though. We are quite sure that these - from Coconut Mall to Miromar-Outletmall are well known to everybody.

 A beautiful place to relax is Bayview Park, just 300 meters from our house. Here, you can sit on a bench, unwind, or go fishing. Many boats are launched here, and you also have the option to rent jet skis to explore the stunning surroundings.

A truly beautiful place for a day at the beach. Catamarans, sailing boats, jet-skis and much more can be rented here.

An absolut highlight is Gumbo Limbo, the beach restaurant of the Ritz Carlton. The beach bar is situated next to the water sports rental and is easily accesseable by foot via the beach. Fresh salads, delicious burgers and light wines directly at the beach!

- you can't ask for more. 

This great club is situated at Vanderbilt Beach. The sunsets here are legendary!

Enjoy tasty hamburgers, cold beer and beautiful sunsets at Doc´s Beach House. It is a casual place with loud music and a special flair. 

All beaches at the Gulf Coast are gorgeous. It is really worth visiting a few of them to find your own very special and favorite beach. 

Good to know: most of the beaches offer parking. Or try to find parking in one of the little streets leading to the beach, especially around Naples. 

An absolute insider-tip. Jack´s Waterfront serves delectable seafood and hamburgers. You will find this restaurant at a Bay in Bonita.

Everyone who thought that wholesome food is not available in Florida does´t know Whole Foods. Here they offer a self-service area where you can buy healthy food for good value of money. Health-conscious tourists will find a wide selection of organic foods. 

A very beautiful restaurant not only for great food but also for very good wines. It is quite similar to a German Deli. You can reach this unique restaurant directly by boat. It is one of the few places where you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. 

5th is one of the most gorgeous streets of Naples. But really, the whole of Naples is lovely. 

During a leisurely stroll through Naples you are going to find ice-cream parlors, restaurants, bars with live-music and colorful boutiques.
